5. Cancellation by Company

6. Subscription / Retainer Services

Monthly retainers must be canceled before the next billing cycle

Once billed, the amount is non-refundable

Services will continue until the end of the billing period
7. Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs

Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are paid directly to platforms or managed on behalf of the client

Ad spend is non-refundable under any circumstances

We are not responsible for third-party platform charges
8. Project-Based Work

Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone is started or completed

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds
9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us

Any disputes will be handled through mutual discussion and resolution
